Planning

  • Sales and production budget figures may be entered in different scenarios and the approved version is transferred to the production planning and used in long term planning. As a result of long term planning, simulative material requirements plan can be created and production line capacities can be evaluated. Purchasing budgets can be reported on quantity and value basis.
  • Production quantities planned monthly and quarterly can be divided into weeks and purchase offers for optimum material planning are delivered.
  • Weekly production plans are prepared considering line capacities per each shift.
  •  As a result of generating the production reports for plan and actual production through the system, sales and manufacturing performance is monitored and evaluated on the system.

Purchasing

  • Subcontracting, automatic purchase requisition creation, approval over defined quantity /value purchase orders and material requirements planning can be executed successfully from beginning to end.
  • For subcontracting operations, material requirements planning can be run per each vendor.

 Traceability

  • Traceability from finished product to raw material and from raw material to finished product is delivered through batch management. Expiration dates of all types of materials are monitored over the system. The industry reports developed by ARETE enable the monitoring and reporting of the coming expiration dates or expired materials are easily reported.

Quality Management

  • Quality control processes are consolidated. In materials management and production processes, quality operations are managed by the system and results saved by the system to take reports in the future. Beside the quality performance of the suppliers, manufacturing performance of the production lines is also traced.

Consumptions

  • The consumption deviations that are caused by the different weight of packaged products are kept in the system. Consumption differences (resulted by the different unit weights) are reflected to material stocks and costs.
  • Planned and actual consumption quantities are kept in the system by grouping according to causes of the deviation and are reported.
  • Scrap quantities are saved in the system according to reason material productions and are reported.

R&D Productions

  • Production and cost valuations are kept in the system for R&D productions of new or present materials.

Mobile Applications

  • All produced and externally procured materials are labeled during goods receipt and all material movements in the production plant are executed by reading barcode labels.

Liquid Food Productions

  • All production, quality and sales activities about liquid food (tanker) productions are consolidated.

Accounting

  • The MM module enables all the financial processes to be analyzed, run and managed in a highly secure environment with best practices.
  • The integration between modules enables the purchasing, sales and financial accounting departments prepare all the printed materials on the system; easy follow up for the payment terms; automation in all the processes.

Cost Accounting

  • The follow up of the factors forming the production inputs on activity bases enables the correct allocation of important activity inputs like labor costs, energy over products manufactured.

Sales and Distribution

  • By establishing a flexible pricing structure for export and domestic sales operations, different prices and discounts are provided and reported automatically for each customer based monthly campaign. Make to order structure is developed for special stock trace and production and triggered by the order item level.
