HR is a treasure to be utilized in global competition conditions and parallel to the importance it carries HR is one of the largest sections of SAP ECC (ERP Core Components).  It covers all aspects of human resources from employment to career planning, from pay calculations to travel expenses. Earning – salary calculations and accounting along with tax and labor laws vary from one country to another and needs to be customized for every country.

SAP ECC (ERP Core Components) HR consists of two main modules:

• Personal Administration
• Personal Development
• In addition to these, Personnel Self Service and Manager Self Service applications are used for distributing the data collected in the system to employees and managers.
