Aiming to raise its customer satisfaction level through its services and investments, SerTrans Logistics decided to continue its SAP investments with ARETE. The main reason behind Sertrans Logistics’ decision was the successful projects run by ARETE in logistics which also brought ARETE an important awareness within the industry.

The cooperation between the two companies started in June 2009 and Ltd - A.Ş. (abbreviation for joint-stock company) transmission was accomplished by ARETE. Following this application, many other enhancements in FI module were implemented. The project is still in progress with HR module and PA-BW integration and PA supported BW-SEM integration is up next.
