ok  Işık Plastik will be supporting its SAP system through AGSC (ARETE GLOBAL SUPPORT CENTER).

Işık Plastik, following the above stated competition rules while planning its investments, decided to support its current SAP system through AGSC (ARETE GLOBAL SUPPORT CENTER). AGSC is a unique support system with a highly secured structure and a central database enabling the system deliver fast solutions to the reported problems.

Targeting to strengthen its competitive advantage and maintain the quality level of its core business, Işık Plastik, focuses on running all of its departments flawlessly. The company preferred SAP for the needed software to reach this target and started its SAP investments in 2007. As a part of the ARETE – Işık Plastik cooperation that started this year in August, ARETE will be delivering the required service through AGSC. Not only supports the companies for reap rapid returns from their SAP investments and use their system with maximum efficiency, AGSC also delivers flexibility and clarity to systems within a scalable, measurable and low cost structure.

ARETE will be supporting Işık Plastik in SAP ECC and Business Warehouse and the reported problems of various levels will be followed and solved via SAP Solution Manager within AGSC.
