Leading its industry in brand awareness and customer satisfaction, Betek continues investing in SAP with ARETE. The company’s first SAP investment had started in 2007 with SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Project consulted by ARETE.  Having experienced the positive results of the project, Betek decided to continue investing in SAP. In the new project, the company targeted to run MRP effectively via budget values formed by SCM Demand Planning (DP) Module. 

The project that has successfully been completed in July 2009 by ARETE had two major goals: Meeting the new needs in MRP (Material Resource Planning) and increasing the productivity in the current system. Pointing the winds of change in Betek that has been started by SAP SCM Project, Betek’s IT Manager Ms. Feza Avcı claimed: 

''As BETEK, we decided to implement SAP SCM in order to create a common target for our employees, suppliers, warehouses, distributors etc. We knew that this would require a new vision of change. The project, managed by ARETE's experienced SCM consultants, gave us a new motive to change and develop to meet new market conditions.''

After the implementation of SAP SCM Project, the work for running MRP effectively via budget values formed by SCM Demand Planning (DP) Module, started in the second phase. Reduction in stock levels; improvement in supply decisions and increase in productivity in planning were the main benefits of the project.
