Yıldız Holding, one of the leading FMCG groups of the world has completed its SAP Project in twenty group companies. The project known as ''The Biggest SAP Project in Food Sector'' was consulted by ARETE and has been completed in approximately 2.5 years with the participation of 100 key users and 94 consultants.

Implemented by the extensive and experienced consultants of ARETE, the information systems of Yıldız Holding have been re-configured with SAP’s Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Financial Accounting (FI), Cost Accounting (CO), Investment Management (FI/IM), Cash Management (FI/TR), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.

The project has been completed in five phases: In the first phase, three of the production companies started using SAP. The SAP implementation of two other production companies and sales companies were completed in phase two and three. After the implementation in the advertising agency in the fourth phase, two production companies started using SAP in the final phase.
